Summary: Great experience visiting overcrowded National Parks that are still compelling to visit, with a nice quiet out of the way place to unwind and reflect on your day’s adventures. Great and accurate description of the property in advance. If you can take care of and provide for yourself, this is a perfect retreat. If you fish or hunt or bike or climb or hike, it is ideal also. Would love to visit again and stay at this property.

Summary: Stay was as described and very clean. The cabin is not far drive from Grand Teton NP East Entrance; but as expected there is not much else in this area. However, we came prepared :)

Summary: So, let me cut to the chase and say that I WOULD stay there again. Appliances all worked, beds were comfortable w/ ample linen, and internet access worked fine. Heating was good. The pictures of the unit were accurate. The views of the Grand Tetons from my unit were incredible! That said, there were certainly some things that could have been better: Arrival Process: - There was no communication from the manager/owner before I arrived and, had I not met some other guests and figured out how to contact the owner, I might not have known how to access my unit. In the Unit: - Overhead light fixture in the bathroom was broken w/ exposed lightbulb filaments hanging out. Safety hazard. - The fixture over the bathroom sink had a homemade switch of suspect safety. - Burners on the gas grill were heavily corroded & electric lighter did not work. - Kitchen stock pot was rusted & unusable and kitchen scissors broken. Open food containers from prior guests were left in the cabinets. - Shower curtain was old and stained. Location of Unit: - Excellent. 20 mins. from the entrance to Grand Teton National Park, w/ good access to Yellowstone.
