Positive: This was a beautiful, authentic, fully operational ranch. The porch where my boyfriend and I watched the horses run beneath the stunning view of the Tetons as the sun set was magical. Coming from NYC, this is exactly the Wyoming getaway we were looking for. Seeing the horses being wrangled was an insane, unforgettable experience. I would 100% stay here again.
Negative: The reviews definitely spooked me leading up to this trip, but I am glad they did not deter us fully. Yes, the room and facilities could have been cleaner. There were some stains on the blankets but we just moved them off the bed to sleep. There were a few hours where the water was turned off in our room and we could not wash our hands, flush the toilet or shower, but luckily we had already washed up before this happened. While it was not absolutely disgusting, it definitely was not perfectly clean either. For over $300 per night, you're paying for the view, the proximity to the Tetons and Yellowstone, and the authentic wild wild west atmosphere. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, go stay at one. This is not that experience. If you want to be immersed in cowboy country, this is the place for you!! We loved Heart Six Ranch!!

Positive: Lovely views. Offers a lot of activities. Ranch room with free pool/games. Cafe on site.
Negative: Room very basic. No tv, fridge, coffee machine. Bathroom very tired and no plug in sink. One bulb burnt out in overhead light. One room the key got stuck in the doorknob and we couldn’t get it out. Luckily the maintenance guy came quickly and had to replace it.

Positive: We loved the deck for socializing and viewing the grand Teton Mountains. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We got excellent pictures of your pond and pastures with all the horses and the Tetons in the background. Loved the log cabin, rustic rooms. Chilly but we had plenty of blankets. We were sorry that we did not have time for a horseback ride.
Negative: If you don't have a room for a simple continental breakfast, it would be nice for people if you at least served coffee, a must-have for hitting the road. However, we had wonderful Huckleberry pancakes down the road at the Hatchet Resort. They were worth the short drive.

Positive: It’s located in Grand Teton National Park and close to Yellowstone National Park. Also, the landscape is phenomenal.
Negative: The room was not very clean and it had only two beds, a sink, a toilet, and a shower. This does not meet any standard. Also, our room size was stated with 42 square meter. In fact, it was not even half the size.

Positive: The setting along the Buffalo River was spectacular!
Negative: It’s an authentic working cattle ranch complete with horses and cowboys that is now a dude ranch. A great experience.
Summary: Not luxurious, but authentic, it was a fun but different place to spend a night.

Positive: There is a large common lodge area and a basketball court where people can hang out with each other. There is no stable Internet in the cabins, so everyone was "forced" to go out and meet new friends and enjoy the views. I was hanging out with a bunch of Texas boys and girls playing basketball, and I had a good time with my friends, coming here with me, and hanging out with the new friends
Negative: Horses nearby might be a bit noisy for people who are sensitive to noise, but I find it manageable.
Summary: Nice views, good location, starry night, meet new friends, but horses can be a bit noisy/smelly
