Positive: The facilities were really good. Clean , and all for a comfortable stay was there. The location was spot on , parking was good for the area.

Negative: The living area, shower and bedroom was freezing . Yes there was heating provided but really not enough at all to be the least comfortable at all. The key box . Yes was on the left as described but really low that to the point that I couldn't see what the numbers said . Headlight above where it was would be totally better.

Positive: Perfect location for walking and a lovely pub. Perfect for two people. This was our second stay and we will return. The building is very well designed. I had visited the area as a child with my parents.

Positive: Really nice living area including sofa, TV and small kitchen. 2 minutes walk from the White Hart.

Negative: The bed was in the basement, below ground level. Freaked me out a bit! No heating in the bathroom and a very small basin. It was hard to get the right temperature from the shower.

Summary: Did the job, nice upstairs for relaxing, but didn't like the bed being under ground level.

Positive: We loved the quirky nature of the property. We loved the industrial feel to the decor. Enjoyed the fact it was like an upside down house, having the bedroom downstairs. The stairs were not too hard to use going to and from the bedroom, felt like going into a warren. It was comfy and inviting. The property was rather spacious which was a nice surprise and felt very homely. Dog friendly property which is great (£10 for the night) and rates are more than reasonable for a night.

Negative: One thing that was a shame was struggling to cook with the portable hob as it took a long time to heat up but we managed. We were not too bothered but the TV in the bedroom did not work but never mind.

Positive: Really cosy and quirky little studio with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Love the decoration and the electric radiators quickly warm the space. I liked the basement bedroom and the warm lighting- just made me feel it was so homely and cosy. Brilliant location for the coast . The owner was extremely helpful and communicative.

Negative: The bathroom is a little chilly and damp as there is no heat source at all in there.
