Summary: Very welcoming owners to their under cover eating area with our dog. Very accommodating by delivering our dinner to our cottage. Dressed in 1800’s era clothing to celebrate 175th year of settlement. Interesting display of old cameras and art works.

Summary: We came for a quiet get away for my husbands birthday and found a lovely community with great people. Donna was so lovely from the first contact and made my husband's birthday super special, opening the restaurant for us and working with Chef Jackie to create a delicious menu. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was simply lovely. We will absolutely be back.

Summary: Donna was a great host. Very accommodating whenever we needed provisions. We were really impressed that she opened the restaurant just for us, when it was supposed to be closed for the holidays, paying attention to our dietary requirements as well. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was lovely. We were also allowed to bring our cat to stay in the cottage, and she LOVED the experience with us. The cellar had an excellent selection of wines which we enjoyed. We stayed 8 nights and could have easily stayed another week! We were able to find many good eateries and wineries for lunches and dinners within a 30 min drive. Highly recommend.
