Each of our guests is met on the property upon arrival so that we may welcome you, walk you through the property and explain several operational aspects of the home. This exquisite 6,500 sf custom home in the Troon Area has been decorated with your premier vacation experience in mind. Engage in friendly competition on the brand new pickleball and basketball court, place your bet in the poker room, play pool, ping pong, or arcade game in the Game Room, lounge pool side under an umbrella or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy the Rainbow playground and wide open grassy areas, take a trip down the waterslide or play their favorite arcade games inside. The kitchen is a chef's dream with professional appliances (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, gas range, prep sink) and full array of dishes, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed by a discerning chef. Privately gated, this beautiful home offers every amenity from plush, pillow top beds with luxurious linens to a sparkling heated pool and spa (with waterslide, waterfall and diving board) and everything in between.

Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owners CJ and Jamie deVries are very professional and exceptional in providing the best customer service. They work hard to make sure your stay is memorable in the best ways. This was our second year in a row staying at Bronco Estate. I took it as a good omen as we drove up to the house the pebble driveway rock was raked to give a nice welcome. We had nine adults and 3 kids. What I like is the house is big enough that my guests can take a break from the sun and find a relaxing spot inside to relax. Improvements to the home since our last visit, new pool umbrellas, new putting green, interior house painted and some new light fixtures. Bedrooms all have a tv with Disney Plus and Netflix. Large tv in front room and downstairs. Pool goes from 3 to 9 feet deep. Can jump from grotto waterfall into deep end. Floats in bin behind shower wall. Waterslide made from small rough surface tiles. Waterslide works best if you use something to slide on when using. No dangerous critters seen during our stay. Pest control made scheduled service call. Kitchen big enough and well stocked with essentials to make your meals. Refrigerator in kitchen works but in my opinion does not get cold fast enough to keep up with constant door opening. Best to keep meats in the laundry room refrigerator and make sure you don't overload main refrigerator. This is a great home and will only get better as more improvements come. Location close to groceries and not that far to Costco. Plenty of ammenities to keep you and your guests entertained.
