Positive: The shower is amazing, the extra alpaca blanket kept us warm in very cold weather and staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite the language barrier

Negative: As it’s on a tiny road on a big hill buses and taxis cannot get to you and you have to walk to the bottom which is fine unless you have suitcases

Negative: Misguiding information about the rooms. In the description of the rooms they they that the rooms have balconies with city views, but that’s not true. There is no real balcony (just a pathway in front of the rooms) and you only have the city view from the breakfast room

Positive: I’ve been to Cusco 50+ times and I always have my “go to” spots. On this last trip (last week 6/24) I wanted to stay somewhere different so I chose this spot. I like how quiet it is and with an awesome view. You can escape here from the chaos of down below within 8 mins.

Negative: I loved the property but it must be known that there is a rather large staircase to climb, and at 11,500 ft., above sea level you hate yourself to climb it, most taxis won’t bring you within 10 ft of the spot because they are liable to get stuck easily. HOWEVER, I feel have to mention the above to give tourists real info, but this would not discourage me to stay here again. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN TOMORROW. By day 5 I ran up the stair case no problem.

Summary: Remote, cool, beautiful view, great attention… trapped in a time portal!

Positive: Perfect location, up in the hills of San Blas, a lovely neighbourhood close to lots of cute shops, nice restaurants and bars, it's where you want to be as a tourist! The room was spacious, it had a TV and was very quiet at night. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was good, if a little disorganised. Daniel the owner was always very friendly and checked that we had everything we needed. Cheap laundry service in the hostel also!

Negative: The hot water was a little temperamental but we did manage to have a hot shower every day.
