Located in a small hamlet of four properties in the village of Llanbedr DC in a beautiful rural setting this family house was converted from a barn and stable block to provide 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and extensive lounge/dining areas. 2 miles away is the historically important medieval market town of Ruthin with its Castle, restaurants pubs and retail facilities. An excellent base for walking holidays the piers and beaches of Llandudno and Colwyn Bay are within 40 minutes drive with mountain biking, golf, fishing and Go-Karting even closer by. We are unable to accommodate pets.

Summary: We stayed here for a friends wedding, the house is only a 5 minute drive from Ruthin and felt very secluded. The location was excellent. The house itself was spacious with lots of communal areas and good sized bedrooms. The outside sitting area was lovely. Clwyd, the host, was very helpful and answered any queries we had and was very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone

Summary: It was so amazing stay.. Just pack your dresses everything else is there.. including all cookware items..loved a lot .. we were 6 adults and 6 children,all of them enjoyed equally Thank you

Summary: Water was lukewarm at first. They did sort it very quickly when we phoned. They could do with dusting upstairs wardrobes as were full of cobwebs. Rest of the house was clean and comfortable.

Summary: I spent the first hour cleaning the bathrooms and hoovering the floors. It was all a little tired and needed a deep clean As a family of 8 we found there wasn't enough comfortable chairs in the main lounge for us all to sit. It would benefit from another big sofa.

Summary: We stayed here over new year with our family. All nine of us agreed that this was one of the best properties we had stayed in. The house was warm and comfortable with plenty of space and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The house is in an area of outstanding beauty and some of us enjoyed walks with spectacular scenery. The North Wales coast is within easy reach and Ruthin is a short drive or walk away. All in all an excellent break for us all.
