Positive: Although at first glance the apartment building this accommodation is in doesn't look much, the apartment is lovely. It has a great bathroom with a decent sized shower and an open living area with a nice sunny deck / balcony. It is a nice flat walk to the town centre and lakefront. Parking is a bit limited but being there in the autumn meant it was probably easier than it would be in the summer. Giovanni, the owner is very patient (I had problems accessing information to get the keys because my SIM card wouldn't work) and the lovely neighbour helped out. I would stay here again. Anguillara Sabazia was a very relaxed place to start a two week holiday in Lazio.

Negative: We had no hot water on our first morning. Luckily my dad was onto it and Googled how to fix the water boiler.

Summary: A spacious and well appointed apartment within walking distance of the town and lake.

Positive: Great location by the seaside, a lot of restaurants and bars, bathroom and bedroom, kitchen with accessories.

Negative: 1. Parking issues- the location is near a very busy area, especially during holidays and sunday. There are limited free parking spots in the street of the apartment, we didn’t find any spots for few hours and forced to pay for parking. 2. No AC unit in the bedroom

Negative: We were traveling with a baby and one night when the baby was crying a very angry neighbor was violently knocking on the wall and filed a complain the next day about the noise.
