Positive: The location is wonderful a wild garden in acres of countryside. The breakfast made & served by Patricia was perfect - home made everything & served in very special family dining room.

Negative: As we had researched Cullintra House we had no disappointments.

Positive: A lovely old house out in the country, great for a quiet few days away from noise. Patricia is a lovely host and was full of information about local attractions and amenities. There is a mountain/ forest walking trail adjoining the house and this was really nice. Breakfast was cooked to order by the host, and it was excellent

Negative: No evening meals served, but it's a small place so it is quite understandable once you know about this in advance of your arrival.

Summary: A very nice location for a quiet weekend break, I will definitely return

Positive: From arrival to departure, we were so well taken care of by the most hospitable Patricia. The whole place inside and out exudes a whimsical old world charm that felt special to be part of for the weekend. The interiors are a masterclass in colour, good taste, and creating inspiring and cosy environments. The breakfasts were a delicious feast of lovingly prepared, wholesome foods in the beautiful dining room of Cullintra House. No detail was overlooked, and our hostess was like no other we've ever experienced. This is service and hospitality on another level. Make sure to explore the 4000 year old Cairn up the mountainside, and enjoy as much of this spectacular place you can while you're there. 5 stars all round, and we will definitely be returning next year.

Negative: Having to leave! The place offers quiet beauty and is extremely peaceful, the best night's sleep I've had in years.
