Positive: Jaqueline is a wonderful host. The room was exceptional. Spotlessly clean warm and cosy. Everything you could wish for. A really warm welcome. I highly recommend this property.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and warm bed. Need to pay attention to directions sent by Jacqueline, who was exceptionally hospitable. Jacqueline stayed up late because I was delayed by an motorway queue. Despite my late arrival, she judged correctly I would be better off in a double rather than single bed and proceeded to make up the double room and then next day cooked up a full English breakfast as a bonus, which she did not charge me! Amazing.

Negative: Location tucked away- ensure follow Jacqueline’s instructions- do not rely on SatNav only

Positive: Excellent host nothing to much trouble. Drove us to our function. Prompt and courteous staff. Electric blanket was is an excellent idea. Chocolates and tea making facilities was a good touch.

Negative: We enjoyed our stay very much.

Positive: I had a 6 hour drive from Scotland and was looking for somewhere for 1 night, I arrived at 22:00 and left at 06:00. Accommodation was clean, dry, quiet & comfortable.

Negative: I left at 06:00, too early to catch the breakfast. Totally understandable.
