Positive: The location was beautiful. Very quiet and secluded, but within 15 minutes of anything we needed.

Negative: The washer and dryer aren't hooked up to use, the trash can in the house was very small. The outside can was filled (we couldn't put our trash in it) The shower sprayed water onto bathroom floor when you turned it on.

Summary: Nice for the price, few upgrades would make it's a 10 out of 10

Positive: Small and quaint, but nicely updated. Loved the cabin in the woods feel. The blankets on the beds were very comfy.

Negative: For some reason, the only lights inside that worked were the lights in the kitchen and the lights in the bathroom. It made it hard to get around at night.

Negative: Heater didn't work first two days. No washing machine or dryer, no paper towels . One roll of toilet paper, dishwasher was not working properly. Storage shed was full of junk. Had no where to. Put our gear.

Negative: Showers were horrible. Hardly got you wet enough to wash off your body. They were carpenter ants all over the kitchen. My dog got bit by something when he was sleeping in his cage, big bloody wound inside his thigh. Other than that the house was decent and clean, but the property was infested with too many mosquitoes for comfort.
