Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and dark wood cabinets lend a modern look to the gourmet kitchen complete with five burner gas stove with griddle and double door refrigerator. The whitewashed plank dining room table seats ten with wide linen covered chairs while barstools provide four additional seats at the adjacent bar.
This home is a one minute stroll to the turquoise waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf
The Crystal Beach community offers beautiful beach access and superb location close to the heart of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and Sandestin.
The first floor features three king suites, each with a private bathroom, large flat screen television, and oversized closets. The elevator allows easy access for all guests to enjoy any of the three floors.
Overlooking the 16' X 12' pool on the second floor is a balcony where two comfortable chairs await. The large living room complete with 60 inch flat screen television, Bose surround sound audio system, Blue Ray player and a sound bar are perfect for a family movie or game day.
Sleeping accommodations on the second floor includes a King bed with private bathroom, large flat screen television and Blue Ray player. There is also a half bath on this floor for guests.
The master suite is on the third floor and features a tray ceiling, king sized bed, 55 inch flat screen television, oversized walk in closet, and private master bath with large tub and stand up shower. The balcony from the master suite provides a view of the Gulf and is a quiet getaway at sunset.
The second bedroom has a twin over full with a twin slide out bunk, and also has access to the gulf view balcony.

POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $60/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. **Please note that this home has an overflow spa. That means that the spa is built into the pool, sharing the heating elements, circulation and filtration system. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool would also have to be heated.*
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Driveway is 46' x 20'. Guests are not allowed to block the sidewalks. On street Parking is strictly prohibited by the HOA. Off site parking is available for an additional charge.

The property appears to be well maintained and was very clean when we arrived.This location is much closer to the beach access than it initially appears. A very easy walk to the beach.Each bedroom has its own bathroom, very nice and convenient. Beds are large and comfortable. The HVAC systems worked well, keeping the house cool at all times.The Frangista Beach Properties managers were prompt with texts and phone call making sure we were able to enter safely and that everything was suitable with the accommodations.We enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend this property.

The rooms are well designed and the open layout made it easy to fix meals and spend time with everyone. Also easy walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurant nearby if you don't want to cook.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family trip! We had four different families staying here, and each room having a king sized bed, and its own en suite bathroom was terrific! The house itself was very clean, and was described accurately in both the listing and the pictures. We felt the location was excellent, as it was a super easy two minute walk to the nearest beach access. We had infants, toddlers, kids, and some senior citizens, and all were able to walk (or be walked in the case of the infant) to the beach. The beach was beautiful with powdery white sand, and beautiful clear, blue water. We also found the location convenient to most restaurants and shops, and never had more than a ten minute drive to go somewhere we wanted to go. Frangista was also absolutely wonderful to work with. They communicated very clearly, were prompt with their responses, checked in on us multiple times during our stay, and were extremely friendly and responsive. We would not hesitate to book this house again if we were to be in the area, and we would love to rent through Frangista again, as they were so professional and courteous.
