Summary: The facilities are slightly below expectations. The door lock chain is simply missing, and therefore, that extra layer of security was non-existent. In addition, the wash basin's drain is jammed, so water would only go away very slowly. A little bit inconvenient and at risk of spilling the water, but no big deal. Finally, no drinking water was provided for the 2nd night of our stay. I had to ask the reception for it and was told that it was not normal. Thankfully, it was rectified quickly. Overall, the quality of facilities and services is not on par with other Crowne Plazas that I have visited, including in Dubai and Glasgow. Staff were nice and helpful, though.

Summary: We have always stayed at this hotel. Was previously the Marriott. Dissappointed with the lead up to our stay. Our original booking was cancelled with no reason nor notification. Breakfast was included in our deal but at checkin told we were told that it wasnt included. Luckily we took a screenshot of the confirmation booking where it was stated Breakfast included. Parking is now an extra. $20 a night Still a great hotel with lovely employees. Just the way they handled things was disappointing

Summary: First time here and what happly stay here again. Very close to Metro. Quick foods across the road. Loved the bath, large sofa - althoug it was somewhat worn!! and heaps of storage space. Buffet Breakfast was very average.
