Summary: We got a one bedroom suite , the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. It was springs and no cushion

Summary: Hotel was clean, good water pressure, staff friendly. However the restaurants menu is very mall and not many choices. The pool closes to early and the TV in the room is obsolete and i was unable to connect any of my devices to the HDMI ports.

Summary: The check-in experience was amazing When we got to the room The pullout was broken But there was a nice man who helped us to move our bags to another room When we pulled the pull out out, the sheets were filthy, and there was food underneath the couch We got the suite to have a fireplace But both rooms they didn't work The pool was dirty and there was only 6 chairs The breakfast was 4/10 The staff was struggling to keep up W clearing tables and get food The

Summary: I was able to check-in early since the room was ready. The hotel is very close to the nearest Light-Rail Station. I did not move my car the whole time I was there.

Summary: We were there 4 nights for a family event and had a great stay. Breakfasts were excellent and the one dinner we had was outstanding. The hotel was very accommodating on a special request.

Summary: You can tell there was significant water damage to the walls and ceilings, carpet was super dirty/worn and in need of replacement, ac wasnt working well, extremly noisey, key cards didnt work, and lastly the beds were terrible in comparison to other hotels. No evidence of bed bugs though, so I suppose they had that going for them. Room 715.
