Summary: Needs refurbishing. Its a very nice hotel but its getting little old and needs to be refurbished. food is good, service is just ok, dont expect anything extra from them... they english speaking is low. cleaning ladies are very nice. Enviroment is ok.

Summary: The property is dated. Air conditioning does not work properly. Get it together Crowne Plaza. Stephen was helpful and accommodating. But I definitely would not stay here during the hotter months. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and desks. Once again, property is dated and air conditioning does not work properly. Rooms need an all over facelift and upgrade. If you have to stay here, look for Stephen

Summary: This hotel is hands down the best hotel in shaoxing. The location is in the heart of the city and the decor is beautiful. The view was breathtaking and the amenities were awesome. The service was impeccable and couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay.

Summary: I had another nice stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and all spoke English very well. If you are a coffee person the Starbucks is right across the street!

Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Club level staff were also very pleasant. What i was not too happy with was the selection of the food on the Club level in the evening, it would be very helpful is they would tell you the names of the dishes.
