Summary: When we walked into the room it didn't smell clean. The bathroom was not very clean and is in need of some serious updates. When hotel staff asked about my stay I sent them photos and they offered to switch our room. The next room the door was open when we arrived abs there were bugs everywhere. The third room was in better condition but the tub would not drain properly. This hotel needs some serious updates. The hot tub area looks in bad condition.

Summary: Very nice property and great location right in the heart of downtown Chandler, you can walk to everything. My only concern was I think a previous guest may have smoked on the patio and somehow some of that smell got in the room but I would still stay here again if I am in the area.
