Summary: It’s a new property however badly managed. Lack of resources at the reception past 2 times, long waiting (atleast 10 minutes), only 1 person at the counter managing quite a few guest to check in, managers are no where to be seen. Technical issues with their elevators e.g. false fire alarms, malfunctioning are very common. They have funny system of QR code for free parking, however most of the time QR code doesn’t work and I’m charged 21RM for over night parking. Limited food choices. However good value for money 😅

Summary: Very beautiful resort in the park and by the river. Food is just average. However location of the resort is excellent. Must book the activities / excursions in advance.

Summary: The hotel is new and everything is up to standard. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the location is not very convenient, but you can always call Grab to travel/ food delivery.

Summary: Everything was great except the constant sewage smell coming out of the toilet. They said they will freshern up the room, but when I return, the sewage smell is still there. The whole stay was ruin by that small detail.

Summary: The breakfast was below average with stale croissants. It was promptly replaced when I complained. The Lounge on the 23rd Floor was so inadequate. Got a lot to learn from other 4-5 star hotels.
