Negative: They're doing renovations and the pool was closed. I wasn't going to use it, but it would be useful for guests to know.

Negative: The layout of the beds it was too hard to get into the bed. You need to be specific on the pet friendly type it is before making the reservation, they asked me for a letter about my dog.

Positive: This is my 3rd time staying here. Great customer service, wonderful room, comfortable bed, and it has a bath, which I love. I love the toiletries in the room from a local company called Yucatan Senses. Strong wifi and very quiet room, with good soundproofing. I only noticed on this stay how amazing their rooftop pool is. I will definitely go for a swim on my next stay, An amazing place.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Positive: THE HOTEL IS NEW, PRETTY NICE. THE DOBBLE ROOM CONCEPT IS UNIQUE AND PERFECT WHEN SHARING A ROOM

Negative: THE TV DID NOT WORK, THE DOOR DID NOT OPEN (SOMETHING ABOUT THE BATTERY) THE STAFF TOOK 1 HOUR OR MORE TO GET IT OPEN. AND JUST BEFORE LEAVING THE HOTEL THE ELECTRICITY FAIL, WE ENDEN GOING DOWN THE STARS THAT DOES NOT HAVE EMERGENCY LIGHT, MAKING VERY DANGEROUS WITH MY MOM OF 75 YEARS OLD.

Positive: The property was clean. The Front Desk staff, kitchen personnel and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. And lastly, the bed was veryyyyyyyy comfortable and the breakfast selections hit the spot.

Negative: I think the entrance and lobby area should have had better signage.

Summary: It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.
