Summary: The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. Summary: It was good. Not excellent but we felt safe and we were comfortable. The hotel is hard to access, there is commercial offices on the first 2 floors. There isn’t signage telling you where the hotel parking is, or where the actual hotel entrance is. It’s weird. The write up in Expedia said it was pet friendly we brought our small dog. The cost to keep our dog was more than paying for another adult. There are other hotel choices in Merida that don’t charge extra for your pet, or it’s a minimal charge. Breakfast was excellent wait staff fantastic. Good business/Adult stay hotel.

Summary: The site where I searched came up with this hotel that was to have a pool. it was CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were told Sorry. But then they made arrangements for us to have a day pass, but I still missed a swim, and this is done for health, doctor's orders. It is very important to me. No Netflix. very disappointing. Actually unbelievable that all the last 2 weeks of half their price hotels have Netflix. The beds are set between a wall, and if you are tall, you ont fit and must sleep at an diagonal. Terrible. Nice breakfast that was 2 times more than I paid... Thought I bought breakfast for 198 pesos but this was not for the reservation but for the person.
