Summary: The hotel was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again. Nice bonus is that offers a ride to the airport- for only 5 euros per person (the taxi or Uber would have been at least 30 euros).

Summary: We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the beginning and end of our trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely convenient if you’re flying in or out of Madrid. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations for the price. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was surprisingly good — a great way to wrap up a long travel day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and value near the airport.

Summary: Well located, yet, not up to the Crown Plaza standards. The shower door presented rust at the bottom giving an overall *** hotel look Will recommend it for an overnight stay but not longer.

Summary: My flight arrived after midnight, but I could smoothly check in. The room was clean and quiet. Since my arrival was very late, I couldn’t buy anything at the airport and I was tired. I appreciate the complimentary water packs. Breakfast was also good. If they have a 24-hour store in the hotel, it will be better for those who arrive late (many products in a vending machine were already out when I arrived).

Summary: We arrived very late and the only room available was one they never like to use. Once more rooms became available the next morning they moved us to a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we arrived in the middle of the night the shuttle wasnt running so we had to take a taxi to the hotel, it cost 30 euros. All of the airport hotels are not close unfortunately.
