Summary: Probably one of the worst Crown Plaza's that I've stayed at. The staff was decent, but not very knowledgeable I asked for directions to somewhere walkable to eat, the guy behind the counter looked like he had no idea where he was. Anyway, aside from that, the bathroom was gross, 1st the shower handle was falling off and leaking, 2nd there was mold in the caulking of the bathtub and shower area. The food was good, but I thought it was complementary, not only that, but over priced.

Summary: Have stayed here several times over the years on business. This trip was a little bit rougher. The air conditioning system failed and I had to move to another room where the AC Leaked water into the carpet. The staff was excellent taking care of me sometimes things happen.
