Summary: Location not great i.e a long walk to town centre and nothing of interest around the hotel. Breakfast quite good. Bed comfortable. Room & bathroom vety clean. Staff nice & helpful. Thete are no Club room facilities here anymore which was disappointing.

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights and it was lovely. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our little one. Dinesh and Karim especially stood out through our interactions and from little things like holding the door open while we entered to assisting us to use the kitchen microwave and freezer, no request was too big and was always met with a smile. The breakfast spread was lovely. As someone who prefers alternatives to an English breakfast, the omelette made to order was a welcome change. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spotless. Huge win in my book.

Summary: An extremely clean and tidy hotel, staff were excellent and spa facilities extremely good. The one down side was the fact that we asked the staff at the front desk to order a taxi for us from the hotel to Flackwell Heath golf club. The taxi charged us a “fixed fee” of £25 for a five mile taxi ride. I suggest that The Crowne Plaza refrain from using Charlie’s executive cars from now on! This was a £10 journey at most.
