Summary: I purposely booked this because the parking was free. When I got there they were charging for parking and it wasn’t clear as to the cost. For the quality of the hotel and cost of parking, I would stay somewhere else next time.

Summary: The hotel stay was very uncomfortable. The lobby was beautiful but on the way to my room the temperature changed drastically. The room was very musty and since it was so late and I was tired I stayed. Very disappointed with my stay.

Summary: This was the 3rd hotel we stayed in our trip to FL. The other2 were fantastic. This hotel needs some help. I hate it when I walk up to the front desk and there are two employees working on other tasks (sorting keys or something) with no acknowledgement that I'm standing there. They really seemed like they didn't care at all. They could at least acknowledge that I'm there and say they'll be with me in a minute. Instead they just kept doing what they were doing and after about 3 minutes one of them said can I help you? I already had my credit card and driver's license out. It was obvious what I was there for. Just really poor customer service.
