Summary: We stayed for a family trip. Rooms were very damp and musty. Not very Cian. Need updating. Location is great. Water park is pretty good, could be cleaner.

Summary: Got to property and we had to pay extra charges for parking that was not on the booking , $ 15.00 dollars a night . Then woke up the first morning with water dripping out of the ceiling on to the bed . Then they got us another room . Then tv wouldn’t work . They came and fixed it . Was not a good week end .

Summary: I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, check-in took over 45 minutes even though I came early, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. The room itself was not in great condition—there was visible rust in the room, and the toilet seat was broken, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The elevator service was unreliable, adding more frustration when trying to get around the property. On top of that, the restaurant had very limited options after a certain hour, which was inconvenient. Overall, I expected much better quality and service for the price.

Summary: Our door to the ocean wouldn’t shut so the bugs were everywhere all over my bed and one in my nose while I tried to sleep The cleaning lady knocked on the door over and over again at 9:20 (an hour and half before check out) and I came to get a good nights rest away from the kids The place was clean the restaurant bartender was wonderful

Summary: Compared to another stay in this area Crown was an upgrade but definitely not the best hotel I’ve been to. For the area to be marketed as a population destination they could stand to update the hotel accommodations. The hotel was in average condition (old slides, old microwaves/ kitchenette,etc.) but has so much potential. It was strange and kind of dangerous that every room floor opened out to a level of the parking lot which was easily accessible for non guest. It did give more of a resort/vaction feel with the pool entertainment and the access to the beach was nice.

Summary: Pros: next to beach, lot of pools and hot tubs , ocean view, kids friendly, small kitchen, arcade, onsite restaurant Cons: cleanliness is vey poor, poor maintenance of elevators, lot of cockroaches in the pool, no bath rooms next to the pool, bad smell all over, you can smell the next guest cooking , you need a rental car for moving around for dinner, you have to request for room service
