Positive: Our apartment was larger than expected. It was equipped with everything we needed—functional and clean throughout. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the green mountains. The kids loved the pool and the sports and recreation area.

Negative: Ruidoso is currently heavily affected by flooding. Since another accommodation had canceled on us last year due to floods and wildfires, I wanted to confirm in advance that our booking was still valid—especially because my wife was feeling a bit anxious due to the media coverage. Unfortunately, my message via the Booking portal went unanswered. I would have appreciated better communication in this regard.
