Summary: I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my son and his girlfriend, and they had an amazing time. The service was outstanding – they were made to feel so welcome from the moment they arrived. It really made the occasion feel extra special, and I just wanted to say thank you to the team for looking after them so well. I’m now really looking forward to visiting myself soon with my wife – can’t wait!

Summary: Loved my stay, comfortable room and the telescope was such an awesome surprise! The spa experience was brilliant although had to book separately. Hotel's leisure facilities were ok, nothing outstanding but with the spa just next to it, no room for complaints. The only thing I didn't like was the food. Breakfast was so limited and basic, way below 5*. Restaurant food was not brilliant either. Had lunch and dinner at Bertram's, but not impressed. Chicken was dry and inedible. In all fairness service was excellent and they asked if I wanted a replacement for no additional charge. Beautiful garden and surroundings. All in all great experience and close to Manchester. I'd definitely visit again!

Summary: This hotel is amazing, the staff are amazing the food is amazing the spa has everything. If you want to treat yourself to something nice this is it. The only hiccup was after visiting friends arriving back at the hotel ther was literaly no where to park which is not a good thing for someone who haz paid to stay.

Summary: Excellent. What a resort! Superb hotel! Breakfast wasn’t as good as the standard of the hotel and the food that was served in the evening. Sausages were not great.

Summary: Arrived early as we planned on coming for a spa weekend. Wasn’t told at time of booking that you would have to pre book the spa, which was now full, so decided to go for some lunch, only to be told that was full and you have to pre book that either, so ended up leaving as without a spa or anywhere to get lunch, it was pointless staying.
