Positive: Incredible Guest house in a village only a mile and a half from Burnley. The interior is gorgeous, sympathetically furnished to the historic origins of the building. It is almost a destination in itself! Plus there is a lovely walk up to the reservoir from the door, and plenty of places to eat a short drive away. The hosts were perfect, the breakfast delicious and the china bone! What more could you ask for except a goal.

Positive: We loved the historic home and everything about our stay was perfect . The history of the small village was amazing. Our hosts David and Mark’s attention to detail was impeccable and they looked after us in every respect like we were family.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Positive: Lovely location near where I grew up, the hosts are very friendly and attentive, they recommended a good place to eat nearby, good local knowledge, and the breakfast was just right. The accommodation was wonderfully decorated and there were lots of nice touches in the room. Strongly recommend
