Positive: Location was lovely a perfect safe area very quite and easy drive to the small villages surrounding it the place was clean updated and more than enough room for two. We used the property as a base for cycling the wolds and it was a perfect area to do so. On seeing our bikes Chris offered us an secure outhouse to keep them in and the keys to come and go as we please . Great hosts all round all much appreciated -as good as it gets !

Positive: It was very comfortable, especially the bed. Everything was very clean and the little extras like a pint of milk, were a great thought. There was everything we needed there. The location is lovely and being able to access the beautiful gardens was a real bonus. The owner is lovely, very helpful and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend crossways Beech Tree, if staying near Grimsby.

Positive: Peaceful location, off road secure parking, very comfortable space that has everything you could need. Chris the host was really friendly, helpful and genuinely cares about your stay. The place was spotless, warm and welcoming and the linen is possibly the freshest linen I’ve ever smelled! An all round top place to stay and I will definitely stay again if it’s available when I’m in this area.

Positive: Property location, value for money, the host is exceptionally polite and always happy to help. Parking is really easy and safe, the property has all required amenities and is really cosy. This was a return trip as we visited earlier in the year, we will surely be returning in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting North Lincolnshire area.

Positive: Fabulous location, superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered use of the washing machine and dryer. Really welcoming and clearly passionate about customer service and offering a quality alternative to a hotel room. Booked for two nights but could quite happily have stayed for a week.
Negative: If I'm being really picky would be mobile phone signal limitations. Might just be EE, however there is free WiFi so didn't hamper any downloading or streaming.

Positive: This is a really lovely place to stay and would 1000% recommend visiting. Chris was so helpful with check in from directions and greeted at the door answering any questions that we had. It is a beautiful little apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area with everything supplied to be able to cook a home meal. The bed was comfy, it was clean. There’s a dvd player to play movies and games to play. Amazing area around the place which was great for a morning walk. Got a chance to meet the dogs who are friendly and loving.
