Positive: Good Ambiance and supportive and flexible staff( Marlene) .

Negative: It was storm Amy faced electricity issue for short time and cant able travel to planned places and needs some more maintenance, however it was okay stayed for a night

Positive: The location of the house is perfect, easy walk to beach, golf club and bar and lots of attractions close by. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet so perfect night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside space both at the back of the house, the games room and the playpark were excellent at keeping the kids all entertained. The house was very clean.

Negative: The house is old and in need of some upgrading and decorating. One of the toilets didn't flush and there was an issue with the drainage of one the showers. However, none of this spoilt our trip. We used the house as a base to sleep and explore the area. If this house was sitting perfect then it would cost a great deal more. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Positive: Location was very good and close to the beach. Kids loved indoor play area.

Negative: No locks on bathroom doors Bed broken and held up with a stone making it very uncomfortable. Bins full on arrival and no room for rubbish. Very bad especially with a family with kids in nappies. Dishwasher broke. Tried all the settings dishes still dirty. No sheet for travel cot even though a cot was requested. CCTV camera over patio very intrusive. Broke toilet seat and no toilet lid on one of the toilets. Shower door was off the runner when we arrived had to be fixed by ourselves.

Summary: No value for money. To expensive for standard of property
