Positive: I booked this for a weekend away to watch Luctonians our local rugby team play “The Hornets” I’d seen a few really good reviews and thought this will do... we really weren’t disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the decor was beautifully done to a very high standard very stylish and cosy, with a really welcoming vibe. The rooms were spacious, beautifully done, and spotless. Everything was so clean, the bed was very comfy and I had a great night’s sleep. The *breakfast* was definitely a highlight. It was honestly one of the best I’ve had for a while. The fresh fruit was a really nice touch and made it feel extra special. As for Jayne, our host, she was wonderful! So friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond to any messages I sent her. She made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Crookes House to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Weston Super Mare.

Positive: We had a lovely overnight stay, all clean, warm lovely decor. Lovely breakfast. Jayne was happy to make sure our stay was enjoyable ,our little dog was very happy too and the dog treats jayne put out for her was very thoughtful,

Positive: Spotlessly clean, short walk to the beach, opposite the pub, just park outside and no need to get in the car again!

Negative: Nothing. Maybe could benefit from having a sign outside to indicate the property.

Positive: Beautifully decorated room. Fresh and clean. The dog, and we, were very comfortable. We cannot think of anything else that we may have wanted that wasn’t provided. Very friendly and welcoming hostess although we were 3 hours late!

Negative: Not easy to find in the village in the dark. It is opposite The New Inn.

Summary: The host was very knowledgeable about our old Jaguar car.

Positive: This is such a gorgeous and welcoming little B&B - I travel for work, and really look forward to staying here when I do! Jayne the host is lovely and super accommodating - The rooms are so comfy and well presented - Breakfast options hit the spot perfectly. This was my second visit and I've now already booked for my 3rd! Highly recommended.

Negative: They have recently invested in brand new fibre broadband. Although I could not get it to work very quickly for me (might just be my lack of tech skills), other may have better luck with it? But my phone signal was great anyway so I just used internet from that.

Summary: Super cozy respite when traveling for work nearby...(Would make a beautiful little getaway spot too)
