Positive: Good location near beach and bars/restaurants. Excellent breakfast very kind and friendly host. Accommodation had a lovely sea view and kitchen facilities ie: fridge and microwave. Tea/coffee and hot chocolate available in room.

Positive: Francesca is an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and there were some lovely extra touches in the room, i.e. there was a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were lovely. Lots of choice for breakfast which was great. Parking is very convenient, private car park just across the road.

Positive: The welcome we received was brilliant. The property was spotless and the furnishings were amazing. Including a small but perfectly balanced kitchen area. Parking was obviously a bonus.
Negative: There was nothing for us to dislike.

Positive: I booked this for my sister as a surprise and she loved it. She said it was the cleanest place she has ever stayed in the UK. It was spotless. The breakfast was plenty and very delicious. She’s not a breakfast person so that speaks volumes. The suite was perfect for her as it was spacious, great views and within walking distance to the sea front which we grew up walking, playing and swimming in. Her best part was the host. She was so lovely and a great blessing to anyone who encounters her. I would highly recommend this amazing staycation venue.
Negative: My sister loved everything and she wanted to stay longer.

Positive: We returned to the property after previously staying over 30years ago. Happy to report it still belongs to the same family who have continued to provide the same exacting standards we received previously. The accommodation was so comfortable and everything you could think of was provided. An excellent breakfast freshly prepared each morning was an added bonus . Would definitely be looking to stay here again if I was in the area.

Positive: A wonderful establishment with francesca being the perfect host. Beautiful sea view room with everything you need in the suite. Superbly clean. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cooked or continental with pastries fruit yoghurt also available. Town centre just 5 minutes down the hill with the pier, shops etc within easy reach. A wonderful stay and would definitely return.
