Positive: Breakfast was not a cooked one and I thought before arrival this would be a slight drawback to our experience, but in fact we enjoyed a selection of good quality items (including wholemeal bread which Mat went out of his way to get for us on request). Really good breakfast with toasting facilities, cereals, yoghurts, juices etc. Nice breakfast room. Lovely bedroom, comfortable large bed. Our room overlooked a charming garden. Good tram service every few minutes into Croydon for shops, trains to London. Peaceful tree lined road close to lovely park with cafe. Pleasant hosts. Great B&B.

Negative: I suppose a cooked breakfast would be desirable for some, (but see above) but this is the only thing. We had a lovely experience at on of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in (and I am 80 years old and have stayed in an awful lot of them!)

Summary: Excellent B&B a few minutes from East Croydon Rail for London, Brighton, etc. Loved it!

Positive: Very very nice and helpful host. Lovely and especially quiet area but good and easy connection into the city center within half hour. Very Clean Rooms.

Positive: Croham Park B&B was absolutely fantastic. Matt and his wife Bev were so kind and helpful throughout my stay when it came to getting around the city and using the various forms of public transport. The room was wonderful, offering a stunning view and maintained in a clean and neat condition. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing stay.

Positive: The house was situated in a lovely part of Croydon. Our room was very big and so was the ensuite. Our host, Matt, very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room as it was empty during our stay. Matt and Bev, were lovely hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to leave our cold water and milk in the dining room fridge and Matt even put our ice blocks into his own freezer for us. They were very amiable and very helpful. Breakfast was Continental style which set us up for the day ahead! We felt very much at home here and we will definitely be returning at some point when we are in Croydon again. The B&B made a great base for us, as we were out every day visiting friends and family.

Positive: Loved everything from the location to the cleanliness to the size of the rooms to the quiet of the neighbourhood. And of course a special thanks to the hosts for hosting made my stay even better.

Negative: Nothing really. Perhaps some hot food for breakfast would be a good addition.
