Positive: All facilities were superb - bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the whole suite was wonderful - as were the gardens. Breakfast was also really good - and all of the staff we dealt with were professional, kind and friendly

Positive: Everything was satisfactory. As we are both profoundly deaf, any noise would not matter, hence ‘not applicable’ above!

Negative: Only a little thing… we would appreciate a coffee table to place our cups - we used a pedal bin!

Positive: The garden suite was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is a must!

Negative: Probably a good idea to have better can opener and maybe 3 sets of towels and cutlery and crockery- but guess I could have asked - though it was late ;-)

Positive: Excellent landing pad from Heathrow arrival for my southwest England roadtrip. Warmest welcome into England, fantastic staff. Lovely garden!

Negative: You can hear the road from the garden, but not a problem at all from the room. Not really a problem for the garden either, it just slightly takes away from the serenity 😛
