Negative: We booked this accommodation in November 2024 for a stay on a long weekend in June 2025 for our family of 4. We received an email in the weeks prior to our stay, telling us they could no longer have our family of 4 stay in our selected accommodation, and that the room only allowed for 3 guesta. A refund was promised for the 4th family member, who we could no longer bring with us. As this was a long weekend, booking new accommodation was out of the question so close to the date. It is now one month now since the first email letting us know that we would receive this refund, yet we have not received it. The excuse given to us was that the cabin underwent renovations (which is true) but I imagine this accommodation knew that this would occur well in advance, and not only a few weeks prior to my stay. I am annoyed they did not let us know at the time their renovations began. We could have made alternate arrangements that let all 4 of us stay. Overall, our stay was fine. It was new and clean and check in was easy. I will just personally never stay here again due to the stressful experience we had since booking this accommodation.

Positive: Good location not far from the main street of Creswick. This is a caravan and camping park so the cabin is fairly basic but has everything a basic motel room would have.

Negative: Nothing, was all adequate.
