Summary: Appartement atypique, bien placé par rapport au centre du village. Vue splendide! Terrasse agréable, salon spacieux et cuisine équipée d’un lave-vaisselle mais sans four. Nombreuses armoires permettant une foule de rangements. Plafond bas dans une chambre (mansardée) et entrée très basse dans une autre chambre. Très mal isolé, il y a quelques courants. Je ne le louerais pas en hiver. Petit ascenseur à disposition pour monter à l’étage, escaliers dans l’appartement.

Summary: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr viel Platz. Das Panorama–Fenster mit herrlicher Aussicht Einr Fehler: das Badezimmer hat keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit nach Außen. Man könnte in der Dachschräge ein Fenster einbauen oder zumindest eine Entlüftungsanlage / wegen Dusche und WC. Reisetipps: Für Wanderer sehr interressante Gegend.

Summary: Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: man hat von der Wohnung im 4. Stock einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge, vor allem vom Wohnzimmer und von der großen Dachterrasse aus. Deshalb fällt es nicht so arg ins Gewicht, dass der Fernseher mini ist und es nur 4–5Schweizer Programme über eine kleine Zimmerantenne gibt. Internet bzw. WIFI gibt es nicht! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toast, Kaffeekocher, Spülmaschine). Wer über 185cm groß ist, wird ein Problem mit der Schräge haben, da alle Räume im Dachgiebel sind. Aufpassen sollte man auch mit dem Warmwasser: es kommt fast brühend heiß aus dem Hahn. Im Badezimmer gibt es sowohl eine Dusche als auch Badewanne. Die Matratzen sind gut, nicht durchgelegen. Man sollte 180cm für die Doppelbetten bzw. 90cm für die Einzelbetten mitnehmen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine Pizzeria sowie einen Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle ist auch vor der Tür. Das Haus liegt an der vielbefahrenen Julier–Passstraße. Normale Fahrzeuge hört man im 4. Stock nicht, Motorräder und Sportwagen jedoch schon. Und da fahren einige entlang. Reisetipps: Man kann in der Umgebung wunderschöne Wanderungen von 1h bis 8–9h machen. Empfehlenswert ist auch, wenn man runter ins Albulatalfährt und dort eine Eisenbahnfahrt mit der rhätischen Bahn macht. Dies sind die Strecken von Glacier– und Bernina–Express. Der weltbekannt Landwasserviadukt ist auch nicht weit. Wer sich mal das modäne St– Moritz anschauen möchte ist über den Julierpass in einer guten halben Stunde dort. Auch kann man einen Tagesausflug nach Livigno über den Berninapass empfehlen. Landschaftlich sehr reizvoll und in Livigno kann man zollfrei einkaufen (Tabak, Parfum, Sprit, Alkohol).
