Positive: Comfortable beds and laundry facilities

Negative: Toilet leaked water all over the floor. Notified staff and all they did was leave one extra bath mat, didn't remove the wet one. Woke up in the night to use the toilet and the whole room was wet. Couldn't shower in the morning as all the towels were used to mop up the floor so we didn't slip. Direct neighbour property also very run down making us feel unsafe. People Smoking directly outside rooms was also gross. Was a budget hotel but would expect basic functional amenities.

Positive: It was very very clean and loved that they had a guest kitchen with washing machine and dryer

Negative: The hand and soap dispenser over the handbasin gave no room to use the basin No mirror in the bathroom
