Positive: All fine, although the bed not at all comfortable

Negative: The bed it was very uncomfortable not able to find a good sleeping spot to keep from being sore in my back

Positive: The staff were accomodating, friendly, helpful and very professional, the service was outstanding with delivering dinner to the room, the elevator to the upper floors was very helpful with getting luggage upstairs, the location was quite nice and the food was delicious.

Negative: The room was stuffy and hot, the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room down no matter what it was set to, it would be helpful to be able to get back in after hours if we needed to step out to the car in the private carpark or something, the beds were a little uncomfortable, the window couldn't be opened to let fresh air into the room and the shower in the private bathroom wasn't the greatest due to no door or curtain to stop water from going over the floor as it is a slipping hazard.

Summary: Fantastic staff, but the room was very unconfortable.
