Summary: Was the perfect choice for the sleeping arrangements we needed. King in the master and 2 queens upstairs. Who wants to sleep in a sofa sleeper LOL. Nice location, private hot tub with fresh water… perfect!

Summary: The condo was nice, very clean, beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The location was perfect, close to town and RMNP, very quiet area. Check in process was simple, the guys at the front desk were friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The only negative thing I can say is the blinds in the master bedroom were missing pieces so anyone walking or driving by could see in the room. We would stay here again!

Summary: This is the perfect spot to stay while exploring Estas Park and RMNP. John was particularly helpful in getting us oriented and providing great food recommendations. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff was helpful. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day after hiking. We will be back!

Summary: Everything was effortless from check in to check out (although we really didnt want to leave). Absolutely perfect for two, but there are two more large beds upstairs. The hot tub was a sweet addition to an already perfect location. Oh & i didnt even mention the relaxing sound of the river behind us. Peaceful, restorative & absolutely beautiful 💕💕 Definitely coming back asap!!
