Negative: That it was in a good location . Enough room for everybody. The kitchen super well equipped . When I called for help because couldn’t get in one day I was helped right away.

Positive: Decent place to stay. Just was not maintained or cleaned well!

Negative: Trash/dirty sock sticking out from under couch cushions. Toilet seat in master bedroom broken from at least the last guest. Un repaired during our three day stay. Pots and pans dirty.

Summary: I’ll do better homework next time. Bad taste in our mouthfor Vacasa!!

Positive: good price, quick to respond, good place for private getaway, good gesture for having firewood readily available. full amenities, two rooms Apt available, which is awesome, great relaxing view.

Negative: during the middle of the night, the electricity when out, for a night that's 2-3F, the blankets they provide was not enough. food can potentially ruin in the fridge. there were some yellow stains on carpet when we arrived in the bedrooms, and there are no person at the office to interact and answer any questions, but solely rely on vacasa. thank goodness the vacasa team was quick to respond. the heating system makes the upstairs extra hot, but not enough to evenly distribute to downstairs.

Summary: good leisure private getaway, I'll rebook it again.

Positive: Great area right outside the town, perfect distance from the river. Very calming and peaceful. Love the multiple porches. The whole place had soo much space from living room dining kitchen and having restroom on the main floor was even better. Had everything it needed.

Negative: The mattress needs updating, not comfortable.

Negative: Hidden fees, the fees cost more than the room did, if you didn’t have anything to do with this, they are making you look bad, I will be looking around to use someone that doesn’t do this on my next trip
