Positive: I WAS MADE VERY WELCOME ON ARRIVAL INDEED I WAS MADE VERY WELCOME FOR THE WHOLE OF MY STAY.I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TREATED LIKE A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY.I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN A RETURN VISIT.THEY ARE A LOVELY COUPLE.I sat in their lounge and kìtchen talking with them and drinking coffee.

Negative: There was nothing not to like.

Positive: The hosts were truly lovely people. Welcoming, interesting, and knowledgeable about the locality. I enjoyed our conversations and the fab breakfast. The bedroom was nice and clean, comfy bed and some wardrobe space. Kettle, fan, iron all available in the room, but no TV.. The bathroom was right next to the bedroom.

Negative: There was nothing I disliked, but something people might want to consider when looking - 2 flights of stairs to the bedroom and bathroom.

Summary: Lovely hosts. On the creek. Only 5 to 10 minute walk to centre

Positive: Torri and Derrick are great hosts and I felt really looked after when I stayed at Creekside Landings. I was welcomed with a cup of tea which was lovely. Derrick also organised a taxi for me for later that day so I didn't even have to worry about that. The breakfast the next morning was very yummy (tasting Tory many home made jams) and it was so interesting sharing stories with them. I had access to my own bathroom (which was spotless), just outside my bedroom and had a very comfortable night. There was very much a traditional Bread and Breakfast vibe to my stay and I very much enjoyed the human connection we had compared to sometimes very impersonal interactions.

Positive: The owners were very welcoming and we had a lovely chat over a cup of tea when I arrived. Breakfast was delicious and quite exceptional. My host asked whether I liked spinach and cooked two poached eggs on a bed of spinach and cheese with some mushrooms. Best breakfast I've had for a long time. Topped off by freshly home made quince jam on toast. Delicious! The view over the creek was also great.
