Summary: Was a lovely place but wast informed by email or on arrival that the spa , sauna and steam room was out of order which is very up setting as I booked the room and spent all that money on a room and couldn’t relax in the spa I also wast informed on arrival which was very unprofessional

Summary: Clean room (apart from some marks on the carpet by the bed), staff were very nice and let me enjoy my full meal at the firepit restaurant although I was running late, amenities are great and you can enjoy the pool and gym until midnight!! 10/10.

Summary: The room was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was 10/10, had to wait a max probably 10 mins for food each time. The service was just top tier. The room was so clean and tidy, and trust me the bed was so comfortable, you could literally just sink into it. Spa was so relaxing and quiet. You can order drinks to your lounger. The cave hotel was just the best stay. I wish we booked a longer stay ! Definitely worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you The Cave Hotel.

Summary: Would not necessarily say it was worth the money. You opened the curtains to people walking straight past your room so had no privacy and the food in the cowgirl was extremely slow we waiting an hour and 20 minutes for breakfast. The spa is also very small with only 4 beds

Summary: I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. The food is incredible. If they could just get rid of all the guests it would be perfect haha. The spa is a bit of a party area
