Positive: The location was close proximity to our needs and the space was ample for our needs. The property owner was also easy to get in touch with.

Negative: The accessibility was something we didn’t like as much. The stairs were too steep for my mother and we would have liked a heads up about it. I will also recommend clearing up the plant and weeds creeping on to the stairs and adding hand rail to make it easy to walk up and down.

Negative: Outside creatures were getting into the unit but it was dealt with promptly .

Positive: It was very convenient to BCIT activities. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely yard and green space.

Negative: The stove/oven was out for repair during our stay. There was a cook top provided.
