Positive: Lovely home, with great view over countryside. Nice welcome from Alan and welcome basket provided. Everything very clean and well cared for. Towels provided but no toiletries. Very comfortable home with great sun room at back.

Negative: Some issues for my 87 year old dad. Although it looks like a bungalow there are a few small steps inside. Also no handholds in shower or bath, and no bath mats, so he was in fear of slipping. Needs a mat on outside doorstep as that’s quite slippery even in mild weather. It was fine for me but just to be aware for elderly person with some mobility issues . The shower drain seemed to be clogged and looked like it would overflow. It’s a very steep drive in/out of property from the lane so need to be a confident driver to manage it.

Positive: This cottage was in a beautiful location and it was surrounded by beautiful scenery. We enjoyed all the spaces in the cottage but especially the conservatory. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Northern Ireland. Alan and everyone were welcoming and kind and we appreciated our little welcome basket. THE place was immaculate with all the things we could have imagined needing in our stay. It was in a perfect location - close enough to drive to Belfast and also conveniently located very close to Ballymena with amenities but also so close to the beautiful sites of Antrim. I couldn't rate this place higher! I still think back to how lovely it was to spend a few days there! Thank you Alan and family for letting us stay!

Positive: excellent holiday cottage will be returning to the same cottage , There are a lot of nice touches like fresh milk in the fridge , heating on , breakfast basket , bread , if you like piece and quite this is the place
