Positive: Liked the outside space it was amazing.

Negative: We didn’t like the price of the drinks. My main meal shin of beef didn’t include potatoes!They cost an extra £6 +12.5% which I felt was over the top. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price which I didn’t feel was fair.A sausage bap at 11.20 and cup of tea at 6.20was a joke .I ordered a glass of wine from the menu which was £7 only to be told they don’t sell that any more and was sold an equivalent glass of Chardonnay £17!!!!!Rip off.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay apart from the add Ons and prices .

Positive: The hotel itself was nice and comfy and very different to anything I have stayed in before. Thai restaurant was lovely, food tasted really good

Negative: The bathroom in the snug room, there was no ventilation so after showering the room smelt damp

Positive: We’ve just stayed at the crazy bear. This is a wacky place very unusual but great fun. If you want to stay somewhere different this is the place to be. There was a few teething problems but the staff were extremely helpful and resolved any issues we had

Positive: The staff were all lovely, chatty, polite but also left you to relax and weren’t over powering. The room was cool although our velux blind didn’t work so we were up early due to the light flooding the room. Would have hoped for the room to be bigger as it was the most expensive type

Negative: The price of the food was higher than I expected, the food was nice but over priced, and breakfast wasn’t included which I thought was odd.
