Welcome to our cozy complete apartment in (Dutch) country style in Rotterdam. Very central and suitable for multiple travel destinations. Great location because of:
- Public transport to Rotterdam Center right in front of the apartment (nearby),
- Bakery under the apartment,
- Several supermarkets around the corner (max. 3 min. Walk)
- Beautiful view from the apartment on the green surroundings
- Walking area 'Zuiderpark' within 5 minutes. Walk,
- Free parking (handy when using a car).
WHOLE HOUSE 80 SQUARE METERS AND VERY CENTRAL
2 storey apartment:
1st floor

You can reach Rotterdam Center by using the one-way tram. It is tram number 25 (for the apartment!) And it is a direct connection. Within 20 minutes you are at the Central Station, the Lijnbaan, the Koopgoot and other well-known public places in the city center.
There is one thing that we would appreciate; treat the house as if it were yours. Be nice to my neighbors :)

Summary: The apartment is nicely done, comfortable, but the noise from the street did not allow for a peaceful sleep.

Summary: Before and during the stay, I sent multiple messages regarding the reservation, NEVER got response. The check in process was frustrating, the neighbors in building even offered more help. I booked for 2 guests, and requested setup both bedrooms. But the bedroom with washer and drier was not ready at all. I made the bed, then 2 days later I received extra charge Euro 12.5. The property listed as 2 bedrooms with 4 guests. It doesn’t make any sense for 2 guests, and be charged extra. I don’t usually leave any negative review, but I have to say I would not recommend this property to my friends.

Summary: Very good communication before check in which was helped by very pleasant lady showing us round the apartment and helping with directions, travel and eating tips etc. Comfortable place and very clean. One very small issue was the shower which leaves the bathroom floor slippery, so care is needed for that. Everything else great

Summary: Check-In was very comfortable due to the direct contact to the friendly property manager at the location. There are some shopping facilities and even some good restaurants less than 100 meters away from the apartment. There is also a tram station 2 minutes away, if you want to get to the city centre. You can reach the motorway in less than five minutes by car, if want to explore the region. Finding a parking space may be a bit tricky during the day, but we had a lot of luck. The apartment itself left nothing to be desired. The kitchen had a fridge, gas cooker, microwave/oven, dishwasher, kitchen sink and a lot of dishes and cutlery. Bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub, two sleeping rooms with very cozy mattresses and even a (very silent) washing machine and a dryer. The very clean apartment was not only functional, but also decorated with elaborate details. We felt like coming home. Last but not least: WiFi was very fast and stable. :) Contact to the owner was fast, friendly and uncomplicated. Best regards and thanks to the owner!
