Summary: Amazing place, hosts were truly amazing

Summary: The best compliment t that I can pay is that Doug and Kim made it feel like I was staying with friends. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make things available that would make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are stunning as is the view. I visited the local winery, did a cranberry plunge, went kayaking on the moon river right in front of the inn - they supplied the kayak at no cost. The town is delightful and steps away from the In. So you can take a walk and enjoy the lake, the river, the falls, a few cute boutiques and a couple of restaurants. If you go during the Cranberry Festival (I didn’t) the population of roughly 800 swells to over 20,000 for the weekend with music, food and shopping vendors and lots more walkable from the Inn. I would definitely go again.

Summary: Great location and very friendly hosts. You can walk to the town and restaurants and also use boards and kayaks on Moon river. Very clean , renovated , looking to return in the future.

Summary: We had a great experience except for one thing. They didn't make up our beds, leave fresh towels or empty the garbage while we were out for the day. Otherwise fabulous. Kim and Doug were wonderful hosts!

Summary: I attended a wedding over the weekend in Bala and stayed at CranberryMoon. The rooms were recently renovated and the owners have put a great deal of care into the work and beautiful finishing touches. The hosts are very attentive and cared that everyone had a great stay.
