Welcome to villa Crème de la Crème! Enjoy wrap-around stunning ocean views. Bask in privacy and unparalleled beauty, while overlooking the long beautiful beach which is the envy of the whole island - Orient Bay. The peacefulness and privacy by the deck and pool are simply perfect.
The views to the west, to the north, and to the east are all different, and are all simply breathtaking. The sunrise over that ocean, morning after morning, is a gift to the early riser. Morning coffee never tasted so good anywhere else. The different kinds of sunrises, some misty, some golden, some with a brief gentle rainfall, some with mysterious low-lying clouds, well - it feels like every sunrise is different, each one a masterpiece! Watching sunrise reflected upon those 30 miles of ocean is a gentle two-coffee event, and is like beholding the slow-motion opening of a magnificent flower.
At the ocean, a 4-minute drive away, three different beachside resorts welcome you to enjoy their daytime hospitality along the mile and a half of white sand. You can swim and lounge all day by the ocean, or perhaps rent jet skis, sail a catamaran, kite ski, wind surf, play beach tennis, and the list goes on. Close to the ocean, seven outdoor restaurants, including French, Italian, Seafood and Thai, beckon you to explore their delicious and unique creations.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by our friendly staff, who keep the villa totally clean and attractive. Our hostess, Natesha is truly the 5th Star in our reviews. We get a lot of compliments because our kitchen and our villa have literally everything you need. Parking is for three cars.
Adult bedrooms are separated for extra privacy. Two or three couples travelling together enjoy the sense of not feeling "on top of one another". For example, the "Studio" bedroom, with a Queen bed, has a separate entrance, and a small romantic porch overlooking........paradise!
All three adult bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. Kid's bedroom is upstairs, with a bunk bed. The bunk bed will sleep two children, but is large enough to sleep two adults, instead. All bedrooms feature 1000-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, bamboo pillows, individual A.C phone chargers, and electrical outlets for both U.S. and French appliances. You will be relieved that we have all the adaptors, transformers and phone chargers you need.
We provide all the "classic" board games. TV & Stereo are in the living room, and WIFI throughout. TV has 1500 channels, including Netflix. We also offer the use of a wonderful Samick baby grand piano. Life jackets, water wings, and noodles are provided for swimming fun. Executive-style Thermos jars and Lunch Containers keep your drinks and snacks fresh and cold as you drive around or stay on the beach. This is a gated property within a gated community, so your family is secure. With 2 ramps on the property, and 3 grab bars on the main floor, Crème de la Crème is partly accessible.

Summary: What a beautiful villa!!! The view, the ocean breezes and the baby grand piano all made our family vacation perfectly unforgettable!!!!We had so much fun just hanging out by the pool, playing games and cooking meals together. The villa is close to some beautiful beaches and fun activities. We kayaked to Pinel Island, snorkelled and kite boarded at Orient Bay.Matt was a very helpful and welcoming host. He couldn’t do enough for us, checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and to recommend some good restaurants and places to go. It was all amazing!!!I would recommend Matt’s villa to anyone who wants a “cottage-like” holiday in the Caribbean. Thanks Matt and team for a wonderful family holiday! Caroline Sumi

Summary: There is a reason this home has consistent 5 star reviews and so many great things that past guests have to say. Most importantly the owner has a real sense of what it means to get away with friends and family in beautiful Saint Martin. From the moment we booked Matt (owner) was engaged with info, suggestions, and answers to any questions that we had. In other reviews you will read and Natesha, the property manager, and everyone is absolutely right. Natesha had everything ready and met us when we arrived. There was an amazing welcome basket with many items as well as a fridge stocked with drinks and waters. No need to rush out to the grocery and it was such a a nice touch to have this upon arrival. Our stay was perfect. Pool on hot days, great breezes and views of Orient Bay, and a wonderful kitchen, grill, and dining area both inside and out. Location was excellent as well. Super U just a few minutes drive and many great restaurants just down at Orient Village. There are many options in Saint Martin/Sint Maarten and often travelers really rely on the content in reviews such as this one. For a family of 4 with 2 teenagers as well as 2 other adults I can tell you that Creme de la Creme is absolutely a great choice.

Summary: We really enjoyed this location. It was so easy to do 5 minute drive to Orient Beach, which is the best beach location on the island. It was very quiet on the hill with stunning views, which were made easy to enjoy by the large outside patios. Loved that a good portion of the patio space was covered so you could avoid direct sun but enjoy being outside. Pool was very nice. Our daughters enjoyed using the grand piano. It was great to fill the inside with this music while making dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were all very updated and spacious. Appreciated the generous welcome basket.Host was very conscientious to make sure we were doing well in the property and had what we needed, including calls in advance of our arrival.We have vacationed in many properties in SXM. We all agreed that this is the one we would go back to.

Summary: Creme de la Creme is a beautiful villa looking down on Orient Bay. The villa is well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our daily jaunts around the island. There is a good information binder in the villa and the owner provides a very useful welcome email which is great to keep on your phone for reference. The couple of small issues we had were handled quickly and efficiently by the house manager. We highly recommend!

Summary: Crème de la Crème is one of our favorite places to stay. It sits high up the mountain side overlooking Orient Bay. We are three couples who each have their own bedroom and shower space. The property has a large kitchen and a very nice outdoor eating space and a sitting area for your morning coffee. We appreciate the pool after a day on the beach where the views are breathtaking. The owner and property manager provide excellent communication and quickly address any issues that may arise. We will definitely rent this property again!!

Summary: We had an amazing time at Creme de la Creme villa! This is one of the prettiest, best equipped properties we’ve ever stayed at and the views are incredible! The house worked great for our family group of two couples, one single adult and a child and we never felt crowded. The outdoor spaces are amazing We also liked that the main part of the house and the studio apartment could be accessed without going up or down stairs as some of the folks in our group were older and appreciated not having to go up and down stairs constantly. The house was immaculate and Natesha , the property manager, met us at the house and showed us around and was super helpful and friendly (and the gift basket was AMAZING). The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook, and the bunk room had lots of toys for our kid to play with. Beds were firm but comfortable and we all slept very well (AC in each room and main living room was very nice/worked well). The driveway is very steep to get up to the house and we were glad we had an SUV with all wheel drive and with a backup camera as we found it easier to backdown the driveway to a point that was wider and than turn-around as getting in and out of the gate with a large vehicle was very tight. But the views more than made up for the driveway and we got used to it after a few days. Overall the house is a 5 star with a million dollar view, great space for a family, incredibly well-stocked, super clean, and super hosts!

Summary: This villa was perfect for us - we stayed 6 days. Very private with no other surrounding homes above this residence. Great proximity to Orient Bay (beaches, restaurants, village, shopping). Amazing views of Orient Bay and surrounding mountains, Saint Barthelemy, sunrises, Pinel & Tintamarre islands. Clean & modern interior with upgraded bathrooms. Nice pool. Well stocked kitchen. All of the needed starter items. Great communication with the host. We hope to return!

Summary: We loved our stay at Matt’s! If you want a big cold corporate McMansion, then this isn’t for you. This is Matt’s vacation home and isn’t a carbon copy of anything else around. It’s lovely. The view was better, and the pool bigger, than the pictures would suggest. It was quiet and very private - despite being relatively close to neighbours, it’s higher up so you really wouldn’t know they were there. I have never been to a rental that was better appointed than this. Kitchen incredibly well stocked, including a very generous basket of goodies for us on our arrival. There were great toys for our toddler to play with! Linens were of a lovely quality! Loads of towels! When any issue arose, which they will on a small Caribbean island, they were addressed very promptly, any day of the week. We hope to return to Matt’s sometime soon.
