Positive: Close to public transport, shopping, central location to Parramatta CBD. The apartment was spacious, modern & tastefully furnished. Comfortable beds, large balcony.

Negative: The tiles in the ensuite bathroom(shower recess) and main bathroom (Stepping out of shower/bathtub) were extremely slippery when wet with no non slip mats provided. Extra bath mats would be beneficial. The ironing board was small and could only be used in thelaundry cupboard.

Negative: Was a little hard to find via instructions to letter boxes and Room was on the opposite side of the underground parking

Positive: We loved the interior design. It really is a cosy place. Freshly renovated, the owner have a very good taste in making their guests feel comfortable. Comfy bed as well andxa big plus to have the car parked in a secure spot. Plus great communication.

Negative: There is really nothing to say. It was pretty perfect for us. I guess it's good to mention that the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs so this is not a place for people who can't manage a few stairs.
