Summary: We had a great stay and the house is nicely located and within walking distance to the 4 corners. I grew up in Delmar so it was great to be able to walk around my old neighborhood. There is a person living upstairs but they were incredibly quiet and occasionally we could hear them walking around but that it is to be expected in an older house. Also the wireless gave us a few issues in staying connected, but the property manager was prompt in communication and follow up.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this first floor unit in a historic house. The Master is huge, the LR bright and comfortable, the kit hen well-stocked and the bathroom modern. We loved that the neighborhood was walkable, with great coffee shops and restaurants, as well as, an indie bookstore. The lication is convenient to anything you want to do in the Capital Region yet feels private and charming. We will return!
