Summary: De eigenaar ontving ons gastvrij en was ook tijdens ons verblijf steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De vakantiewoning is gezellig, de keuken goed voorzien en het sanitair is verzorgd. Bij de voorzieningen wordt een stapelbed genoemd. Dit is onjuist. In elk van de slaapkamers staat een tweepersoonsbed. (zie foto’s). Wel is er een kinderledikantje. De grote tuin is omheind met een haag. Tussen de vakantiewoning en de woning van de eigenaar is een grote schuur. Samen geeft dit veel privacy. Al direct vanuit huis kun je heerlijk wandelen. Ook iets verder weg zijn mooie (gemarkeerde) wandelingen uitgezet. In Barvaux (7 km) is een goede supermarkt. Ook aardige restaurants. Durbuy is erg toeristisch, maar leuk om een stadwandeling te maken. Verder zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden in de omgeving om uitstapjes te maken.

Summary: De ontvangst door de huiseigenaar was zeer hartelijk. Aangenaam verrast door de ongedwongen manier om zowel Nederlands als Frans ons te verwelkomen. Het huisje paste uitstekende bij de historische omgeving, met de nodige comfort. Een mooie, verzorgde tuin met het nodige om hiervan te genieten. Een mooie omgeving, natuur met mooie wandelmogelijkheden en een aangename dorpskern. Een aanrader.

Summary: De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk. Hij sprak goed Nederlands ook al is hij Franstalig. Het was een mooi proper huis en het heeft zijn charme. Alles was aanwezig. We hebben ervan genoten. Mooie streek met veel wandelmogelijkheden.

Summary: We hadden een geweldige week in Wéris. Het huis is zeer goed gelegen: in een rustige omgeving en een prima uitvalsbasis om te wandelen. Het huis is zeker niet modern, maar heeft veel charme en is goed uitgerust en onderhouden. Ook de grote tuin is een enorme troef. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijke en heeft ons warm onthaald.
