Summary: Owner was exceptionally responsive. Our flight into Flagstaff was delayed and later cancelled causing us to check-in a day late. Holly was very responsive via email as we worked through the variuos issues caused by the cancelled flight. Highly recommend!

Summary: THe check in process was a little disconcerting as the code that was given didn't work and we were traveling in two separate groups. It took awhile for the first group that arrived to get the code correct so they could get in the house.The house was great but the first night the smoke alarms chirped every 30 seconds because of low batteries. We got in so late that we had to wait until morning to contact the host and get someone over to replace the batteries. Things improved significantly after that. We had a great day on Saturday and pulled out early Sunday morning due to members of our group having homework to do before school on Monday.All in all it was a nice get away, the neighborhood was great, close to town but quiet. The townhouse was nice but unfortunately there were no directions on how to get the fireplace to start - so no fire Saturday night when it was blustery.

Summary: I have never had EVERYTHING I needed at a VRBO. I mean everything…even the spices in the cabinet. We had two young children and an Infant. The owners are communicative and awesome to work with and they made sure we had everything that was needed.

Summary: My husband and I were very excited to be able to join family in Flagstaff. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It felt like home. The host was very sweet. I definitely would like to stay here again!

Summary: We spent 3 nights at this home and it was absolutely fabulous. 2 adults and kids 10 & 9. Just as described in the listing. Clean! Comfortable. Equipped. Full access to garage. Manager was very responsive. You will not be disappointed. If you are looking to stay in flagstaff it was great access to Sedona and GC. You could probably do a day trip to Page too. I was worried the street noise might be a little much but it wasn’t an issue. Only one motorcycle at 4am on a Saturday.

Summary: The property is in a great location, close to shopping, downtown, and is easily accessible to the interstate. The house was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals for four people. The layout of the home is perfect for gatherings and the bedrooms were perfect for our needs. We had four adults with us, but you could have easily had two more people as we did not use one of the bedrooms. The host goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect, as she even provided little chocolates by the coffee bar! We have stayed in many rental homes on vacations and this is the first time I have felt so many personal touches.
